Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN One of the world's great restoration stories will be retold on the Scania stand at Commercial Motor Truckfest '90 at the East of England Showground on 6-7 May.

A 1928 Scania Vabis, restored to its original glory, will take pride of place on the Swedish manufacturer's stand. The 50hp (371a4r) municipal truck has spent 49 years below the surface of Sweden's Lake Fryken in 65 metres of water.

The truck had fallen in the water during an unsuccessful attempt to plough a track across the ice-bound lake.

Swedish vintage vehicle specialist Nordvarmlands Veterantlufiker restored and reconditioned the truck, utilising the original engine, transmission, tipper body, platform, tyres and even the battery. Only the cab and sheet steel structures had to be replaced.
