• Yorkshire Rider has bought a further 10 Northern Counties-bodied Leyland Olympians, following an initial purchase of 25 in 1988. The latest vehicles are full-height, seating 74, and powered by Cummins engines with ZF transmission. They will go into service in Bradford and Leeds. The first batch were low-height buses, the first the company bought after deregulation.
