THE Government did not budge one inch last week in the face of demands from Scottish Labour M.P.s that tolls should not be imposed on the new Forth Road Bridge.
The bargain arranged between Scotland and the United Kingdom taxpayer should he honoured, declared the Scottish Secretary.
