LONDON'S bus and tube fares will rise by between 12 and 15 per cent in September, said Greater London council leader Horace Cutler last week.
The fares increase is said to be required by LT's recent bus wage settlement and the current tube pay claims.
LT's bus and tube fares were last increased by about 7 per cent last week, an increase which was the smallest since the fares freeze several years ago.
