I'm not so sure...
by way of grants to those wishing to convert their vehicles to run on liquid petroleum gas (LPG) or other 'green' fuels, I was reminded of this after being forced to spend two-anda-half hours in stationary traffic after a Land Rover that had been converted to run on LPG exploded and burst into flames.
The tonnes of carbon dioxide being chucked out in this 13-mile tailback surely ruined any impact this LPG-run vehicle had had on the environment!
Still, at least the Landy died a glorious death.
