STATED to be available at extremely reasonable prices, cut-down versions of oil-engined passenger vehicles are being offered by Fleet Car Sales, Ltd., London Road, Dunchurch, Warwicks. They are intended for civil engineers and builders. The type illustrated retains part of the saloon so that a small number of men may be carried, and a useful body length at the rear is provided.
Another design leaves only a half-cab for the driver, so that long poles, ladders or other pieces of equipment can be placed on the near side.
