Back up to Liverpool with chipboard to a furniture company. Stop off at Brian's Cafe just off the M50 for a good trucker's breakfast. Reach Liverpool around midday and offload, and turn around almost immediately. Down to Mold for another load of glue. Make it back to Tewkesbury and park up and prepare for another night in front of the telly in the cab. Phone home—my wife Lynn's not so happy as it's another Saturday finish. By the time I arrive home I calculate I've driven 2,100 miles this week, averaging 8mpg.
