Scottish DTC Richard McFarlane has taken no action against the licence held by Edinburgh-based Brian Muir, but he issued a warning about maintenance. Muir, who trades as Lothian Access Scaffolding, appeared before the DTC at an Edinburgh disciplinary Inquiry.
