Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AFTER surviving financial troubles which threatened to destroy it 18 months ago, French trailer builder Trailor has delivered its 500th Optimum van to the UK — and become the top trailer importer.

The 12m tandem-axle dryfreight van was added recently to the trailer rental fleet of TIP. The French company, which has severed its American connections and is now controlled by a group of French industrialists, is now focussing its export efforts on Europe, with the UK as prime export market. In volume terms, Trailor is now fourth in the UK market, behind Crane Fruehauf, York and Craven Tasker.

Annual, production at Trailor's plant at Luneville in north-east France is 4,500 units, making it the most prolific trailer builder in Europe.
