• A PI on 5 January will look at disciplinary action against Joseph Hall, based in Penrith. The repute of the transport manager will also be considered.
• On 9 January, a PI will discuss disciplinary action against Raven International, based in Wigton, Cumbria. The repute of the transport manager will also be looked at.
• J Malone Haulage, based in Cheadle, will attend a PI on 12 January at which disciplinary action will be looked at. The repute of the transport manager will also be up for consideration.
