TOZER Kemsley and Millbourn (Holdings) Ltd, has taken over commercialvehicle and car distributors Wadham Stringer.
It intends to expand the Wadham Stringer business, but to keep its present management as a separate entity within TKM, The Wadham Stringer name will remain.
TKM automotive division chairman Jonathan Sieff said: "We are convinced that this merging of interests will prove to be to the considerable advantage of both companies. The joint potential is very strong."
Wadham Stringer also handles agricultural equipment and machinery.
