NAR. C. E. CORBY, trading as Corby lvi Transport, 59 Vicarage Road, Sunbury-on-Thames, had his appeal dismissed by the Transport Tribunal in London last week because he failed to appear at the hearing.
Corby had lodged an appeal against a decision by the Metropolitan Licensing Authority refusing to grant him a B licence for two vehicles to carry general goods within 20 miles of Sunbitry railway station.
