Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The Scotland-based transport group, Tayforth Ltd., transferred its headquarters from Falkirk to Dumfries early this month and is now located at a new extension to the premises of its principal subsidiary, Road Services (Caledonian) Ltd., at Glasgow Road, where for some time considerable accountancy for the general haulage companies in the group has been centralized.

Major board changes have been made: Mr. W. R. Alexander (grandson of Walter Alexander, founder of the Alexander Bus Group in Scotland), who is chairman and managing director, remains as chairman. Mr. T. Atkin, who was director-general haulage, and one of the founder directors of Road Services (Caledonian) Ltd., now becomes managing director.

Further promotion has been given to three Dumfries men, and the following all become directors of Tayforth Ltd,: Mr. A. Callender, director and general manager of Road Services (Caledonian) Ltd.: Mr. J. Copland, director and general manager of Road Services (Forth) Ltd, (formerly of Road Services (Caledonian) Ltd.); Mr. R. M. Love, director and secretary of Road Services (Caledonian) Ltd.

Mr. J. R. Turner, Managing director of Coast Lines Ltd., remains a director on the Tayforth board.
