Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AS expected, the normal-control Morris-Commercial LC.5 30-cwt., which went out of production last January, has been replaced by a forwardcontrol vehicle of similar payload capacity with the F.G. angled-door cab introduced last year for B.M.C. 2-, 3and 4-ton models.

The new chassis, which is known as the l-1-top Series IV, has a wheelbase of 9 ft. 6 in., permitting an interior body length of 10 ft. 4 in. The B.M.C. 2.2-litre petrol engine or the oil engine of the samie capacity can be fitted, and the gearbox is a four-speed unit with synchromesh on all except first and reverse gears.

Tyres are 7.50-16 in. (8-ply) singles all round, and the vehicle has a maximum gross weight of 3 tons 10 cwt. The Girling hydraulic brakes are unassisted and operate in I-ft.-diameter drums front and rear with 1-in.-wide linings.

In chassis and cab form the .vehicle costs £629 with a petrol engine and £734 with the oil engine.
