• Scottish Citylink parent Clansman Travel & Leisure has bought Airdrie operator Bruce's in a joint venture with Ahiess-based Rapsons.
It is the company's first acquisition since it was privatised in September.
Bruce's, which will continue to trade as Bruce's Coaches, has a private hire division and runs a commuter service between Glasgow and Airdrie. Its Londonliner service from Glasgow to London was taken over by Citylink a year ago.
