Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Transport and distribution group RDB Freight Lines is launching a specialised European service for delivery of engineering products, materials and equipment to "anywhere in France". Called Euro-Link, the new service will deliver individual consignments and part-loads daily to the RDB depot at Valenciennes in northern France, with onward distribution within 2-5 days.
