Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Ferrymasters Ltd has completed current plans for further expansion of its Immingham office and transport equipment depot. It now extends to seven acres and includes enlarged office premises, a new four-bay servicing, maintenance and repair workshop, and a substantially increased tractive unit and trailer marshalling area.

The vehicle marshalling area now has capacity for more than 120 x 12 metre load-carrying units, for stationing the range of TIR semi-trailers operated by Ferrymasters, including tilt-covered, hard-top and "supertrailer" types, as well as dual-purpose decked-skeletals and containers.

The adjacent garage workshop is fully equipped for routine vehicle servicing, main tenance. repair and pre-DoE test preparation requirements, to ensure minimum off theroad time and to provide the high degree of equipment reliability essential to international haulage requirements.
