Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Giving a big butch thumbs-up is Heath and Wales International rugby union star Brett Sinkinson. Gap European, the Bridgend-based transport company, has chosen to sponsor the flanker to coincide with the current 1999 Rugby World Cup finals. On Brett's right is director of Gap European Alan Coffey and on his left the company's general manager Martin Mitchell.

Brett is holding the winning entry which he drew in a Gap European competition. The top prize was tickets for the Rugby World Cup quarter-final due to take place at Cardiff's Millennium stadium on 23 October. Alan Coffey has high hopes for his company's new signing: "Brett has had such a dramatic impact since his inclusion in the Wales team that we are hoping some of the magic will rub off on us." Generally speaking the Hawk avoids contact sports, although he was roped into a charity three-legged race recently, luckily not involving any rucking or ear-biting.
