Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Shearings is the first British operator to take Van Hool's modified Alizee coach bodies; two have been delivered on Volvo BlOM chassis.

Van Hool, which has supplied the Alizee both as an integral and on several chassis for the past 10 years, says the changes are slight. There are cosmetic changes such as a new grille style, smaller headlamps and electrically controlled mirrors.

Shearings ordered direct from Van Hool and is using the coaches for Continental work. It already operates 170 Alizees in a fleet of 400 from its five depots.

Another big user of the Alizee, Kenzies Coaches of Royston, Herts, is about to take two, also on BlOM chassis. The units, on order with Doncasterbased dealer Moseley PCV, will join 21 Alizees in Kenzies' 35strong fleet.
