Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LONDON'S new private enterpris service has started operating.

Culture Bus is operating five ex-London Transport Daimler Fleetline double-deckers on an 18-mile circular 20-stop route that covers most of London's major tourist attractions.

The service is half-hourly between 9am and 6.30pm daily. For £2.50 passengers get unlimited travel on the day of issue (tiaets bought after 3pm can also be used on the following day).

Culture Bus directors include Michael Doyle of Wealden Motor Services, Paul Campana of London Cityrama and Limebourne Coaches and Robyn Marti and Joan Briggs from Australia. Four buses are used on the service with a fifth kept as a standby.

If there is demand, Culture Bus can quickly expand its fleet as ex-LT Fleetlines are readily available and can be painted, overhauled and supplied for service by dealers Ensign Bus of Purfleet in a matter of weeks.
