Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Mercedes-Benz dealer Euro Commercials, which has four sites across South Wales, has recruited three new sales people.

Mike Boyes is the new truck sales manager, Paul Kirby is fleet sales manager and Dean Stone is used truck and Fuso Canter sales specialist. All three will be working for general sales manager Nathan Black, who says: “We’re delighted to welcome three experienced individuals to our team. “These are exciting times for our business – we’ve just introduced a new Fuso Canter and are about to launch the new Mercedes-Benz Actros tractor unit, and another important arrival in the shape of the Citan.” Boyes, who joined in January 2012, has spent the past 14 years working for Daf Trucks, Foden and MAN Truck and Bus.

“I’ve always admired Mercedes engineering,” he says.

“Having worked for competitors, Mercedes was the only company I wanted to join.

“I’m now working with a great team of people and enjoying meeting new operators and introducing some of my former cus tomers to Mercedes vehicles and the support we can offer.” Kirby, who also arrived in January 2012, is making a return to Mercedes. His first stint was as a national contract hire and leasing manager within Mercedes UK’s vans division, before spending the past three years in national distribution roles for Wickes and the DIY chain’s parent company Travis Perkins. Stone joins from MAN TopUsed where he has spent more than nine years. “My previous dealership was owned by the manufacturer, which meant there was a fair amount of bureaucracy to contend with,” he says.

“By contrast, Euro Commercials is a privately owned business, so I have more flexibility to get the job done.”
