• He had considerable sympathy with the applicant and it was with regret that he had to refuse the application, said Mr. A. H. Jolliffe, North Western deputy LA. at the end of the two-day hearing in Manchester on Friday when Transitex Export Services Ltd., Bolton, was applying for a new four-vehicle B licence to operate a through service to the Continent (CM June 14).
