A 1905 MILNES DAIMLER 34seat double-decker, with much of the body expensively restored but sadly deficient in mechanical parts, is among desirable relics offered for sale on the death of Prince Marshall, former vicepresident of the Historic Commercial Vehicle Society.

A fully operational 1925 Dennis 48-seat double-decker is another rare item which evokes memories for me of the "pirate" buses in London in the twenties. Two Gilford coaches, one of 1931 and the other of 1932, are not to be sniffed at, either.

The other items are common or garden AECs. The closing date for offers has passed, so there is no point in rifling your piggy-banks, even if there is something left in them after Christmas.
