Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

curtainsider and tipper join the line-up — and this year sees the lunch of the G-Series and P-Series Highline. Andy Salter reports.

:ANIA IS continui lig the roll-out its complete vehicle programme th the addition of a curtainsider J tipper direct from the company ly supported by its network and vered by warranty.

icania Complete Vehicles was ,nched at the CV Show last year .h a box body and since then a ok-loader and wet-kit tractor ye been added to the line-up. A lainsider will be shown for the t time at this year's show, while pets and Pet-Reg tractors are in pipeline. Currently, the cornte rigid vehicles are built on 4x2 issis although Scania sales 2.ctor Roger McCarthy says box I curtainsider bodies for 6x2 d chassis will soon he on offer. The Swedish truck builder will ) use the Birmingham show in ril to launch its 0-Series and P-Series Highline. Many in the industry have been puzzled by the launch of the 0-Series and struggle to see where it fits into the Scania line-up. "It's cheaper than the R-Series and offers more space than the P-Series," McCarthy says, "and is likely to prove popular in the construction and domestic long-haul sector."

Of more obvious value to the UK market is the P-Series Highline, which gives the Scania fleet truck a much-needed improvement in internal living space and will allow it to compete against the Volvo FM Globetrotter and Daf CF Space Cab in this competitive sector.

A number of aftersales initiatives will also be rolled out in 2008: 70 mobile engineers will go on the road, while the dealer network is extending its reach and capability, says James Armstrong, aftersales director at Scania GB. "We will now be offering maintenance and repair of tail-lifts, refrigeration units, shutter doors and lifts.

"Scania Trailer Parts is another initiative we're unveiling for 2008; 3,000 lines are now incorporated into our parts distribution system. Trailer servicing is already in place from many dealers and we are now able to offer 12 months' warranty on all trailer parts and service."
