Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• I would like to reply to an article about Norman Curl's Drivers Bureau which appeared in the Bird's Eye View page in Commercial Motor on February 7. In that article Mr Curl is quoted as saying he can give any HGV driver work for 105 days, but is sceptical about claims that everyone wants to work because he remains desperate for drivers.

On February 10 I rang the Drivers Bureau but was told that most of the work was in the London area. I insisted that I was willing to travel anywhere for work. They then told me that as the work they had on offer was in London that it would be a waste of time for me to register with them. I could not understand the logic of this as I still maintained that I was willing to travel anywhere.
