• Middlesex-based Nationwide Crate Hire has launched a national service for removals operators engaged in office moves.
Each stackable plastic crate can carry the contents of a filing cabinet, and can be sealed with a lid for extra security.
Nationwide operates a national service through regional centres. Crates are collected and delivered by a fleet of 7.5-tonne Mercedes-Benz trucks, which are on constant radio contact with their bases.
