kILSA has sold the full proJuction for 1975 of its Jouble-decker, a company ipokesman told CM this Neek. Nearly 200 vehicles ire involved which will be -nass produced on a proiuction line at the :.ompany's Irvine plant.

Orders are as follows: preDroduct on test vehicle, 10; Scottish Bus Group, 40; heater Glasgow PTE, 15; West Midlands PTE, 50; south Yorkshire PTE, 62; National Bus Company, 5; Derby, 1. The remaining twenty or so vehicles will go to a number of customers, at least one of which is foreign.

All the vehicles have Alexander bodywork with the Derby vehicle being the first Ailsa produced in lowbridge form. The South Yorks vehicles have an amended frame design to accommodate at exit door behind the front axle.

Ailsa has already announced its intention of increasing production in 1976 and it is understood that a number of orders have been received for that year, too.
