PALLETWAYS HAS consolidated its position as the biggest network in Europe with the launch of a dedicated French service.
A new hub, based at Troyes and run by distribution company TCP, will offer an express delivery service for small consignments of palletised freight with a full trackand-trace service.
Palletways says the new operation will generate major business opportunities for its members in the UK and Central Europe. At the same time, businesses in France will be able to get their small consignments to these mark etslaster and more cost-effectively than ever".
Palletways marketing manager Peter Crow says: We previously covered some areas in northern France, but with the hub at Troyes we can work with TCP to cover the whole of France."
Freight being delivered within the countries covered by the Palletways Central European Network will be distributed via the company's existing Nijmegen hub: goods destined for the area covered by the French network will move through Troyes.
