I finish the tender I started yesterday, then telephone several of our suppliers to discuss better terms and back-up on parts. I try to reduce the numbers to make it easier but try at the same time to ensure prompt supply and to be cost-effective to our customers. I'm hoping this will make life easier!
Later I speak to several customers to ensure the extra cover we've arranged over the Christmas week is adequate. One prefers to give its own fitters a break this week and use us for its emergency breakdowns instead.
