A SERIES of allegations that George Day's Ileart of England lours company has bc.,en failing to comply with the conditions of a stage carriage licence has been adjourned until January by the Solihull magistrates. Heart of England was granted stage licences in August following .1 lengthy licensing battle with the West Midlands PTE over who should operate services in an area formerly served by another of Day's companies,
the now defunct Mid Warwickshire Motors.
In what were described as joint police and West Midland Traffic Area prosecutions, the magistrates adjourned the hearing of over 36 alleged offences until January 13.
