Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has launched a nationwide structure for its fleet customers aimed at making job pricing more competitive and transparent. Called Fleet Package Pricing, it covers vehicle service, maintenance and repair.

Available through VW's Van Centre network, the customer receives a firm menu pricing quotation based on actual factory times for all work required and the retail price of any parts used. Van Centres will commit to one of five fixed labour rate bands ranging from £313 to .£55, depending on local factors. Volkswagen says that customers will not be charged for the fitment of certain items if they occur as part of a service job.

Free vehicle collection and delivery is offered within a reasonable time and distance, along with the option of a free courtesy vehicle if lead time is five working days.
