mission, The 152 inter-city bus companies reporting gave figures showing an increase of 30 per cent. in revenue over 1940, whilst the 51 district and suburban lines had a gain of 13 per cent.; +he combined revenue increase was 27 per cent. Altogether, they carried 319,000,000 passengers and ran 690,000,000 bus miles.
EXPORT TOTALS FOR :ME JUNE QUARTER
DRING the quarter ended June last, complete new commercial vehicles to the value of 4385,256 were exported from the United Kingdom, the value of commercial chassis exported in the same Period 'being £3,476. Tractors exported, except agricultural types, had a value of 27,160.
