RUMOUR HAS IT that Will and Kate might be putting in an appearance on our sister publication Truck & Driver’s Truckfest stand (1 & 2 May) before they jet off on their honeymoon, and if they do, they’ll have a shock when they see who’s behind the wheel of the Union Flag-clad truck on the stand.
Visitors will also get the chance to become the face of Mercedes-Benz Trucks (and win a VIP Experience Day at Brooklands), see the magazine’s ‘Pimp My Truck’ project and sample a real Gurkha curry.
Ice Road Truckers star Alex Debogorski will be at the Peterborough Showground to sign autographs.
