Holdings looks likely to be accepted by the shareholders of the two companies. It has already been agreed at board level.
Badgerline Holdings, whose subsidiaries include Badgerline and Red Admiral, is understood to have made a very good offer for Midland Red West shares, which subsequently jumped in value.
The two managements will keep their separate . identities, though there will be some interchange on ticketing arrangements.
