Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Two top directors have left Trailerent to pursue new business interests.

Finance director, Geoff Markham and operating director Jim Moorhead, indicated last Friday that they would leave the company "as soon as possible" but were not available for further comment as CM went to press.

Managing director Mike Dibb confirmed that the two men left the company on Tuesday but said he did not know what their new business arrangements were.

"To the best of my knowledge it will not be in conflict with Trailerent," Dibb said, "as this is not permitted in the contract they signed."
