Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

REFRIGERATED fleet operators who have been following the issue of tunnel restrictions on LPG (CM August 9) will be relieved to learn that the proposed rules regarding the carriage of LPG through the Mersey Tunnel have been relaxed by the authorities, following representations by the FTA, R H A and the LPG industry.

Refrigerated vehicles using LPG will now be allowed to use the Kingsway tunnel provided they are carrying not more than two 40kg containers of LPG, that the equipment is turned off, that the vehicles are using the tunnel during offpeak hours, that the vehicles are escorted, and that there is a distance of at least 100m between vehicles carrying LPG and other traffic.
