Licence conditions for Norbert

NORBERT DENTRESSANGLE has taken over the former TDG site in Warneford Avenue, Ossett, West Yorkshire and had the same TDG conditions attached to its O-licence.

A maximum of 10 trailers at any one time will be allowed to park within the area between Warneford Avenue and the westerly side of the warehouse nearest to the A638 subject to the following conditions: ● No vehicle or trailer movements between 730pm and 730am Monday to Friday inclusive, and no movements at all at weekends or public holidays in the area; ● No trailer connections and disconnections between 730pm and 730am on any week day Monday to Friday inclusive and no connections or disconnections at all at weekends or public holidays in the area; ● No loading or unloading to take place in the area at any time; ● No authorised vehicles, save for trailers, to be parked in the area at any time, save in connection with the movement of trailers and for the connection and disconnection of trailers; ● No refrigerated units will be operated in a designated area called area B. The engine of any authorised vehicle while at the operating centre shall not be run for more than ive minutes at any one time.
