Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TESCO HAS agreed a UK-wide review of driver facilities at its regional distribution centres (RDCs) following complaints that amenities are inadequate.

The concession comes after a meeting on 30 September between Alex Laffey, Tesco's transport director, and Barrie Tozer, founder ofwww.truckersworld.co.uk.Tozer highlighted several issues relating to conditions at Tesco RDCs and Laffey promised a formal review.

The retail giant also pledged to investigate concerns that drivers' are no longer allowed to remain in their cabs while the vehicle is unloaded and that vehicle turnaround time is too long.

Tozer says: "At the moment drivers are being made to lock vehicles and hand their keys in while they are being unloaded. This situation was unacceptable and I am pleased that Mr Laffey is to look at the alternatives."
