Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ritish coach operators could learn a a trick or two from this Tipperary tour operator which has assembled a fleet of low cost, environmentally friendly, sight-seeing limos. A recent visit to that delightful part of the EC showed how a lot of enterprise, a smidgin of lateral thinking and just a touch of blarney can attract the tourist trade.

As with any slick transport operation there has to be a carefully positioned business and maintenance centre. Central to this organisation's success is its parking space close to Lonergan's bar in charming Fethard where the Hawk dropped in to rest his weary wings for an hour or two. Charmed as! was by the pony and trap I was unable to persuade my better nature to desert Lonergan's for the village tour: the black liquid with the creamy top and a "home-made" bar menu seemed the more tempting choice. Both get a four-star rating.
