• North Eastern Licensing Authority Keith Waterworth will consider whether to take disciplinary action against Fewston Transport's existing 0-licence when it appears at a public inquiry in Leeds on 2 November.
The Skipton-based company, whose truck killed six people at Sowerby Bridge last September, has applied to renew its 0-licence and increase its vehicle authorisation to 35 trucks and seven trailers.
Fewston had its licence prematurely terminated on 30 June and its vehicle authorisation cut after appearing before the LA earlier this year (CM 31 March-6 April).
