MAGIRUS Deutz is not to merge with Fiat/Allis Ltd. This was announced this week to refute speculative comment, according to a Magirus spokesman.

The company is to establish a number of construction vehicle dealerships in England and Wales, where the franchise has been held to date by Blackwood Hodge.
