Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Last week Barrie Tozer, the driver who runs the website truckersmoan.co.uk met the firm's supply operations director David Gibbons to discuss the delays and poor conditions faced by drivers many depots. They visited Asda's Bedford RDC. which was bitterly criticised by one driver last week (CM 13 Nov), and talked to staff and drivers. But unlike many other supermarket depots, where drivers often face lengthy delays, poor or non-existent facilities and rude or unpleasant staff. many were happy with Asda's facilities.

Tozer says the firm is setting a great example: "Gibbons showed great respect for delivery drivers and their problems. At Asda's RDCs, all outside drivers can use the canteens and facilities. Driv ers were being directed into the bays with no delays. The main complaint from drivers is that they are expected to break down loads but that is not the case at Asda. Gibbons said while overnight parking is not always possible on site individual cases of emergency would be considered, and if a driver parks up outside he is welcome to go back and use the facilities," Gibbons adds that it was a very worthwhile meeting and he will be in regular contact with Tozer.
