• Pontypool-based Drum Disposal Collection Services will make a new application at a PI on 25 June.
Warrington • Powell Demolition and Builders, which is based on the Wirral, will attend a PI on 25 June at which disciplinary action will be discussed with the IC.
• A PI on 25 June will consider disciplinary action against Event Solutions, based in Crewe.
• At an inquiry on 28 June the IC will look at disciplinary action against TIP Skip Hire based in Wigan.
• An inquiry on 28 June will look at disciplinary action against Emerton Roofing (Western), which is based in Nantwich, as well as the repute of the transport manager at the haulier.
• A PI on 1 July will consider disciplinary action against T Pemberton and Sons Haulage, based in Leigh.
• Disciplinary action against Little and Large Skip Hire, based in Sandbach, will be looked at on 2 July at a Pl.
• At a hearing on 4 July, Bolton-based C&C Haulage will make a variation application. Disciplinary action and the transport manager's repute will also be on the agenda.
