The South Eastern & Metropolitan TC accepted the surrender of Surrey haulier Thomas McHugh's licence following the grant of a 13vehicle licence to TM Mixer Hire, a company formed to take-over McHugh's business. The Transport Tribunal had directed the IC to reconsider the revocation of McHugh's licence following various convictions.
