Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A POWERFUL new highpressure cleaner comes from Psirnat Ltd of Newtown Road, Henley-on-Thames, Oxon. The C6-130 cleaner is said to guarantee 12,977 kNisqm (1885 psi) at the nozzle, producing a "chisel-jet" action capable of removing rust, flaking paint, dried cements and tar.

Power is produced by a 5.5bhp, three-phase motor but despite the machine's greater output, its dimensions are only 1050 x 600 x 480mm — the same as the lower-rated C6-70 machine.
