• The British Association of Removers's conference on 22-25 May will be held in conjunction with a three-day removals exhibition at the Bournemouth International Conference Centre on 23-25 May. Exhibits will include commercial vehicle bodywork, computer systems and packing materials. The exhibition will be open to non-members on 24 May.
BAR's newly-formed commercial moving group is holding its first conference on 25 March at Stratford-upon-Avon. Topics include a payment protection scheme for customers, marketing plans and the membership structure for 1992.
