• The first of a new series of reports of road traffic cases ( (1970) RTR 1-62) is published this month by Kenneth Mason Publications Ltd.
Twelve appeals to the Queen's Bench Division, the Court of Appeal or the House of Lords are covered and all but one of these are against convictions for breath test offences under the Road Safety Act 1967.
The publisher plans to produce nine or 10 issues of the reports annually and a bound volume at the end of each year for an inclusive fee of 120.
