STATIC wheel balancer of the type incorporating a circular spirit level .ing marketed by Repco, Ltd., 59 Si cs's Street, London, S.W.1. The cone be fitted with an adapter plate of any suitable for the wheel and is raised by means of a lever. When this is actuated, the wheel is in balance and the operator may read the spirit level. The lever is then returned to secure the wheel so that weights may be attached.
