FROM January 1 a separate company, Dunlop Rubber Co. (Scotland), Ltd., Will handle all Dunlop goods sold in Scotland,. except clothing and Semtex. Mr. G. E Beharrell will be chairman of the new company, and the other new directors will be Mr. H. L. Kenward, Mr. J. H. Lord, and Mr. William Sinclair. Mr. Sinclair will control and co-ordinate the sales organization. The new company has a capital of £50,000.
