• A four-part handbook has been published explaining the new diesel engine exhaust emissions regulations which take effect for heavy goods vehicles and buses from 1 September.
The free booklet has been produced by equipment manufacturers Sun Electric and Rozone and details the law, the global emissions problem and the workings of the two companies' metering equipment.
